About us
Hello, Our names are Kirsten and Chris.
We have 3 children 2 boys and a girl.
We run our childminding business from our home in Bestwood Lodge near Arnold, Nottinghamshire.
We have been working with children in a professional capacity for 20 years combined and are Ofsted registered childminders.We have between us an NVQ 3 in Childcare and an NVQ 3 in Youth Work and Play. We are NCMA registered, Are both trained in Paediatric First Aid and have basic Food Hygiene Certificates.
Additional training includes :

ADHD awareness (123 magic)
Community sports leaders award
BSL level 1 sign language
Eat well for children and families
Safeguarding
Creating a safe environment
Planning to play
Promoting positive behaviour
We accept enquires from parents with children birth to 16. For children under the age of 5 we are required by law to to plan,observe and assess children's learning and development in line with the EYFS-Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
We pick up from St Margarets, Gladehill and Arnbrook schools but may consider other local to us.
